With your permission, Google Ads, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may measure visits, audit progress, enquiry steps and confirmed enquiries. This can include campaign parameters and Google or Meta advertising click identifiers in the page address. Google tags use denied consent by default; optional analytics events, performance reporting and Meta measurement require your permission.
If you allow measurement, we also send page-speed, visual-stability and interaction-response measurements (LCP, CLS and INP) to our Google Analytics property. These diagnostics contain the page path and performance values, not your form answers or turnover. Your privacy choice is remembered for up to 180 days when allowed or 90 days when declined.
The Systems Discovery form records your enquiry in our private website inbox for the Axion4 team to respond. Enquiries may also be transferred to our business operations workflow. Submitting the form does not automatically book a meeting or take payment. If a meeting is subsequently agreed, we may use Google Workspace, Google Calendar and Google Meet to arrange it. Links to WhatsApp and LinkedIn open those providers' services, which have their own privacy and storage policies.
Use the privacy choices control on any page to allow or refuse optional measurement. You can change that decision later. You can also remove or block storage in your browser settings, although blocking essential storage may affect forms or booking.
